This is John McDaniel. He’s a 75 year old Pickleball player out of Fort Myers, FL. He was recently diagnosed with a rare lung disease, Pulmonary Fibrosis. 
John uses a portable oxygen concentrator strapped to his back to provide him supplemental oxygen while playing, which he needs because of the lung disease. His love for the sport and his desire to compete would not be denied. John won Bronze at the 2022 US Open. What a freaking badass!
