Extend your arm as far as possible, while still keeping control to execute the backhand flick. Snap your arm at the last second to create the flick and the top spin #Tips

I guess all good things must come to an end! Jeff Warnick was recently dropped from the Miami Pickleball Club (bold move if you ask me). So he's was kind of forced to retire. I'm sure he'll still play in local pro events. But it looks like his #MLP ride is over. #Pro
