💥collin_shick7 is the GOAT of college pickleball having won the inaugural DUPR College Pickleball Team Championships in 2022 and a triple crown at the 2023 Individual Championships. He also took 2nd place in the 2023 DURP Team Championships. He will always live in college pickleball lore. unc_pickleball

💥 @thejackmunro won 2/3, 2024 DUPR Individual College National Championships Events (men's singles and men's doubles). This past college calendar year was Munro's first year on the college scene and he delivered in a big way helping to put longhornspickleball on the map. He definitely has the potential to rise in the GOAT ranks of College Pickleball, but he needs more accolades.

💥One of the OG's of Collegiate Pickleball, Dylan Ciampini (rainbow.pb) threw it down for Utah Tech in the early days. Her best tourney in college came at the 2023 individual national championships where she won gold in women's doubles and singles, and earned 2nd behind Shick in mixed doubles. Jack Munro and Mehvish Safdar have officially entered the chat for their place in the college pickleball Mt. Rushmore.

In the DUPR Individual Championships last weekend, Munro won a gold in singles (as the 7th seed) and men's doubles, fending off 5 match points.

Safdar breezed through singles to take that trophy and overcame 8 match points in mixed doubles to win that gold as well.

While they realistically need more college results on the national stage, one thing is for sure, they have officially entered the chat!

#DUPR released its latest Collegiate Power Rankings over the weekend, and not surprisingly Utah Valley University and Utah Tech University are Nos. 1-2. 🏆

The University of Florida and the University of North Florida also rose in the rankings while three new schools entered the top 30 for the first time (Florida State University, Kennesaw State University, and Southeastern University). 📈

Last month, Clemson 🐅 took down the two previous national champs to win the DUPR Virginia Super Regional.

The Tigers beat UNC 🏓 in the semifinals and the defending national champs from UVA 🥇 in the finals to earn the win.

Clemson, UVA; JMU 🎾, and UFall 🍁 earned bids to compete at the DUPR Collegiate National Championships later this year. The 64-team competition is scheduled for November 22-24 in Houston.
